Sizes M–XXL are based on body weight (99 lbs up to 330+ lbs), and the brace is leg-specific — choose Left or Right at checkout.

How do I choose my back support belt size?
Belt sizes run S/M (45–75 kg) up to 3XL/4XL (115–145 kg). Pick the range that matches your body weight.

Can I wear the belt under clothing?
Yes — the belt is low-profile and can be worn discreetly under a shirt.

Using your Neurogena product

How long should I wear the back support belt each day?
Start with 30–60 minutes per day and take a break every 2–3 hours. Do not wear the belt while sleeping.

How often should I use the Rollshaper?
Just 5–10 minutes a day is enough — most customers use it at home while watching TV. Visible results typically appear within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

Do I need a prescription?
